Who Volunteers We value volunteers from all sectors of the community. High School and Post Secondary Students volunteer with special projects, assist with fund raising or work in our kitchen. Gain valuable work experience. Parents and their preschool children deliver meals to a senior. Pass on your values of community to your children for a rewarding opportunity. Corporate employees work with us during their lunch, days off and after work to lend a helping hand. Some of our corporate partners even offer incentives to their volunteering staff. Retirees give back by working in the kitchen, delivering meals or working in the office. ESL students and new Canadians learn the language and culture in a team environment.
