All meals contain a wide variety of foods chosen
according to the guidelines set by Canada's Food Guide and the
Recommended Nutrient Intake for Canadians.
Meals are prepared in our state of the art kitchen with special
attention to minimizing salt and fat content - we use trimmed,
extra lean meat, skim milk and low fat cheese. Meats and vegetables
are oven roasted, steamed or baked - nothing is fried.
