Tim Schutz was born and raised in Edmonton, and it was no one else but
Chuck Chandler, a 630 CHED jockey at the time, who inspired him to get
into radio in the mid 70s. Chuck was having so much fun on the air that
Tim wanted to get a taste of it too.
The rollercoaster of radio took Tim
to places like Dawson Creek, Lethbridge, Victoria, Vernon and then back
to the City of Champions.
But it is COOL 880, the station that plays the
Super Hits of the ‘70’s & ‘60’s, where Tim feels most at home. If you
