Dave Mitchell Dave Mitchell is busy behind the scenes as CTV Television’s Sports Director. But you’ll also see him in front of the camera reporting and anchoring.  He took his first job in Fort McMurray as a News Video Journalist. After nine months Dave moved to Medicine Hat to start his career in sports as a reporter and anchor. Four years later he moved to Regina and worked for CTV as the Sports Director/Anchor/Reporter. After four years, he came home to Edmonton to work for CTV Television. He’s very excited to be back in his hometown, covering the teams he grew up watching.  Dave’s career highlights include an eleven-day, three thousand kilometre road trip on a bus with the WHL’s Regina Pats, covering the 2001 Memorial cup and the 2002 Vanier cup.
